Ordering Procedures & Turnaround
Q: Can I place a re-order?
Yes. Past orders are kept in your account. Find the order you would like to place and place your reorder. You may also place a reorder by contacting customer service. Please note that orders placed at separate times may result in minor color fluctuations on any or all items.
Q: Do you offer printed samples?
Invites NOW offers a sample package for $5.00 including shipping. We have put together an assortment for you to view the paper color, weight and overall quality of our digital cards in person before placing your order. Simply click “order a sample package” on any given page and it will be added to your cart. All sample packages vary, but include the following:
4.25 x 5.5 - Folded Note Card
5 x 7 Invitation
6 x 8 Invitation
4.25 x 5.5 Flat Card
Calling Card or Lined Envelope

Q: Do you offer rush service?
Due to our timeliness in order turn around (3-5 business days turn around for most orders) we do not offer a rush service for orders. We do our very best to ship every order as quickly as possible. We do offer expedited shipping and recommend selecting 2nd day or Next day shipping if you need to receive your order quickly. Please keep in mind that shipping time does not affect order processing time and shipping times are based on business days, Monday through Friday.
Q: How do I check order status?
You can check order status of your order by clicking on the “My Account” link at the top of any page and signing into your account. Find the order number to check the status and estimate delivery for that order. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Q: How long does it take to receive an order?
Normal turn around is 3-5 business days. Once an order has shipped, the delivery time will depend on which shipping method you select.
